RegistratiON ProcesS & Fee
Registration for all divisions will be done exclusively through our online pay hub found below. There will be a minimum of thirty (30) contestants per division to hold the event. Registration deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE with NO EXCEPTIONS and intended to reserve your spot as a contestant. However, should the event not reach the minimum number of participants per division, all deposits will be 100% refunded.
Jr, Teen, and Miss Registration Deposit Fee:
Each Contestant's $250 ($500 After 9/1) registration fee can be collectively made by means of family, friends, and patron donors and must be submitted all at once at the time of registration. In order to hold your contestant spot, we will be collecting this fee at the time of registration submission.
Junior, Teen, and Miss Sponsor Fee:
Each Contestant is required to raise and provide a mandatory $500 ($750 after 9/1) sponsorship fee. There is NO LIMIT to the number of sponsors you have in order to secure your sponsorship obligation. The sponsor fee is utilized to hold the event, award money, trophies, contestant gifts, sponsor various community events throughout the year, charity givebacks, and much more. Sponsorship checks must be made out directly to the contestant, consolidated into 1 check made out to Justin Cook Management and submitted by the sponsorship fee deadline. At that time you are OFFICIALLY a contestant in the 2021 pageant and will receive an official welcome letter and competition packet as well as a special gift from the Executive Board. All sponsorship fees are due no later than 11:59PM September 1, 2021 or your place as a contestant will be forfeited with no refund of registration fee.
